1.22.25 Things To Keep Your Vibration High
The Artist Way, hand cream for the winter and some going out tops to make you feel something <3
This week I am really trying to focus on not being scared. I’m starting to realize that not fully embracing who I am—not just personally, but professionally—hasn’t served me well. I tend to feel this way especially when I put writing or content out there, like with every essay I release on here. I’m also battling this overwhelming feeling that everyone hates me??? It’s something I go through all of the time, and I’m hoping that maybe when I turn 40, I won’t care as much. 40 to me is MECA, the moment I will truly shift. But for now, I know I need to really dig into some mental work this week.
I’m very excited to try a new restaurant this weekend—Chez Fifi! I always look forward to trying new spots, and this one has me especially juiced. I will post a recap on IG.

The Artist Way -I still feel really insecure writing. It’s funny because writing is something I’ve wanted to do for years and have been dipping my toes into since I was 18, but I’ve always been too scared to really dive in and write the way I want to. Notes To My Selfie was a taste.. but I have so many stories, and I love exploring darker themes, which will definitely come through in the book... I hope you’re enjoying the essays so far. If anyone wants to do the artist way with me I’m starting tomorrow!
Mel Robbins Morning Wake Up - Counting down from 5 and not snoozing!!! Actively trying to never snooze again. Who invented this button and who at the iPhone office should we call to get it removed.
Bustier - I’ve linked my faves on Shopmy—lots of vintage for you. I know it’s winter, but just throw on a bunch of layers because nothing makes me more rebellious against the weather than a slutty going-out top. Add a martini and some fries, try to feel something.. and it’s almost like it’s not 9 degrees out. (I got this below from Vintage Grace but linked the exact one!)
Nécessaire Hand Cream - The thing about winter is you need to carry a purse large enough to fit hand cream.
The Outset Restorative Cream - Big on lotion right now. I also love their blue restorative mask—it’s a game changer for my eczema. These products are amazing for my dry, sensitive skin. Congratulations to Scarlett Johansson.
LDMA High Sculpt Bra - This workout bra is everything to me. I never really wore just a bra to workout in before this because it was too exposed but I love the sports look of it and it covers everything needed. Super comfortable and doesn't dig into your skin
CROWN AFFAIR Texturizing Air Dry Mousse - I’ve generally embraced my natural hair, only really reaching for a crimper now and then to amp up my already wavy texture. But lately, I’m more into the natural look, and this does wonders if you’re into that effortless vibe! I’m aiming for that indie sleaze, early-2000s Sienna Miller hair look.
Khaite Belts - A key additional to any wardrobe. Yes, they’re a bit pricey, but the ones I’ve bought last forever and really add some flair to a simple pair of jeans and a sweater or tank—especially when it’s 9 degrees out. I’m realizing that the theme of this week’s roundup is definitely “it’s cold out.”
Meditation - I did this Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation this week just to mix it up!!!
Chili - If you follow me on IG you know I love chili with jilly. ‘Tis the season to eat meat soup. This one is from Rigor Hill.
xx
