12.19.24 Things to Keep Your Vibration High
some bath items, 90's black boots and figuring out your pain body
One thing my therapist said to me early on was that we don’t really have a ton of problems. We have one problem. And if you can recognize that you’re approaching everything in your life from that one point of view, you can start to heal. So, my first task this week? Read this book about identifying your "pain body"—basically, your one core issue in life that keeps showing up in different forms.
Anyway, go ahead, pour yourself a martini (preferably a low-proof one with BODY), light a great candle, maybe take a bath, and spend some time reflecting on your pain body this week. You got this. ;)
A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle- Took a lot for me to read this… but worth it!!!
Maude- I love all the Maude bath products.
Eterne tops - I wear an Eterne top pretty much everyday. The tank tops in the summer and the long sleeves in winter. I love them with my midi skirts, jeans and over my workout fits. Two of my faves below…
Westman Atelier Makeup- Specifically a big fan of the blush. I love piling on the blush especially in winter. The rosier the cheeks the better.
90’s Black Boots- The Jennifer Aniston boot is a need in everybody’s wardrobe. I got this fun vintage dior ones last year.. and eyeing the leather ones for next!
Croissants - La Cabra has the best croissants. I’ve been really into having at least one croissant a week.
Edition Candle - I was given this candle in a gift bag and it smells so amazing. I know it’s very random to have your home smell like an Edition Hotel but I’m into it.
Martini Glasses - A pair of martini glasses makes a really cute gift.
Cute boots!
