12.11.24 Things to Keep Your Vibration High
Some home items this week + sandwiches, restaurant hats and eyebrows
I recently posted on IG about trying to reduce my plastic consumption at the coffee shop (and water bottles), and honestly, it’s going to be one of my biggest focuses moving forward.
The other day I was like, “Ever been so down bad that you started caring about the environment?”—but that’s not fully true. I’ve always (emotionally) cared about the environment, and also, I’m not down bad this week! I’m definitely a germaphobe, and I have this tendency to drink one cup of something at a time, which I know is super wasteful. So, I’ll work on being a better human.
Anyway, here are some things I’m vibing with this week:
(links in bold)
Glass instead of Plastic: These are the glasses everyone recommended on my IG story I haven’t tried any of these but I ordered them. I am particularly interested in the glass cups with lids and straws.
Bed Frame: I truly f with Lulu and Georgia beds. I’m a huge fan of adding a color to the bedroom—colorful velvet, for example, is so much more fun and engaging than all-white (sorry if that offends anyone, but seriously, why are bedrooms so white?). A monochrome bedroom, when done right with the right tones, can be so relaxing. I love playing the role of a faux interior designer, and furniture is one of my biggest hobbies. I’ve helped friends with their apartments, and I definitely see myself diving deeper into this as I get older. Anyway, here’s my bed (my apt is not AD ready yet).
Here is an inspo bed:
Hawkins Sheets: -I also really wonder who out there decided that we all need to have white sheets? Hawkins has some great colors and you can match to your bed frame. I love a more bold bed frame with a softer sheet. I am also a fan of not having any excess in the bedroom. Some side tables, maybe a chair and that is it. Beds are for sleeping, manifesting and having sex.
Cheetah Coat: - Cheetah print never goes out of style. It’s as classic as it comes. Investing in a great cheetah coat is a lifetime piece and you can literally wear it with anything.
Restaurant Merch: - I’m really into hats from my favorite restaurants. I feel a special connection to them, and restaurants always have the coolest fonts. They're unique because they don’t mass-produce them like clothing brands do, which makes them feel more original and personal. So find a hat from your fav restaurant and start living your life.
A great pair of Eyebrows: - JOEY HEALY is the eyebrow god. People say the eyes are the windows to your soul but those people never had a great pair of eyebrows. I tint my eyebrows as well and thats a game changer for thickness.
Sandwiches from Rigor Hill: - Sandwiches are really my top favorite things because you can put anything between two pieces of bread and call it a sandwich. It’s such a pleasant surprise to see how each place creates their sandwiches - If you really want to talk about sandwiches on a more deeper level - text me. I am always on the hunt for a new sandwich.
Paya health: I take these gummies everyday for my skin and it does look brighter and more hydrated. I like the taste and it feels like a little treat!
Molecule Air Pro: I have this in my bedroom and it really brings some peace to the space. It also sounds like a little sound machine so it cleans and has a soft vibe to fall asleep to.
The Game of Life and How To Play It: My spiritual book of the week. It’s about 2 hours on audio. This is great if you’re having negative thoughts because it really shows you why you need to shift your mindset. I will listen to this on a long walk. I am doing this today :)
Have a great rest of your week ! xoxox sending all of the love <3
